The stairs in my house have been a source of contention for my daughter and I. She wants to go up and down at her leisure and I want to control her stair-step routine. The biggest fear that I have had is banister. It is quite old and certainly not up to code. Even J can fit through the bars. I am afraid that she will squeeze through them and fall. This week and I took some fabric and weaved it though the rungs of the banister and let her have her fun. And boy, did she have fun. She played on them for hours. I took video of the one activity. I am sorry about the video being sideways. I never thought about turning the camera."You don't chose your family. They are God's gift to you, as you to them." ~ Desmond Tutu
